I’ve recently heard more and more consistent complaints about Chick Downtown’s customer service (most center around not receiving refunds for items returned, and not being able to get in touch with customer service). I’ve decided to continue posting codes from them, but with this warning. I understand that many people have probably also had good experiences with Chick Downtown, but from what I see, the bad outweighs the good. Check the Complaints Board for some examples of complaints, and if you have had either a bad or good experience with Chick Downtown, please leave a comment and let your fellow shoppers know!!***

My name is Kim Jones and I was recently hired by chickdowntown.com to oversee customer service and our overall business practices. I can assure you that we are taking the appropriate measures to fix our poor reputation. As of last week we are no longer charging customers’ cards for advanced orders. The customer will only be charged once the item is physically shipped. Furthermore, Amy, our general manager, and myself are now actively overseeing all customer service issues and making sure that everyone is addressed immediately.
