I just want to say this retailer never sent me my order and has not responded to many many calls and emails. They have only answered their phone once and told me they’d figure out why I haven’t received my order – they did not follow up at all after that and have started avoiding me altogether. It seems like they are avoiding me so that they don’t have to refund me. Has anyone else had a problem with them?
