WinkNYC is the pits! Do not place an order on this website. They process orders at a snails pace. When you contact customer service they do not pick up the phone or return email. I ordered three items and it eventually shipped 3 days after I was told it went out. When it finally arrived there was only one item in the box with a brief description on the packing slip that two were sold out. They never contacted me or emailed me to let me know that some of the items were unavailable. I will not spend my hard earned money on this site again. Like the previous reviewer I would rather spend the extra dough than deal with his mess. I don’t think I have ever seen a business that was run so poorly! Try zappos, they know what customer service really is!
